I aim to reply within 7 days and to correct or annotate the page once the point is confirmed. Substantive corrections are noted on the page rather than made silently. **Editorial questions.** Why an article covers something a certain way, what a term means, or a mechanism you think deserves a page. **Reuse and quotation.** Short quotation with attribution is fine without asking. Those questions need the actual sample, and the competent authority in your market. If you are asking whether food is safe: if there is any doubt — visible mould, off-odours, damaged packaging, a broken cold chain — discard it and follow your local food safety authority's guidance. ## Before you write - **A broken link or a page that will not load** — tell me the URL, it is usually quick to fix. - **A citation that does not say what the article claims** — this matters more than anything else on the site; send it and it gets checked. - **Commercial enquiries** (sponsorship, advertising, partnerships) — note that advertising on the site is served by Google AdSense and editorial decisions are independent of it.
